- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I don't see how they can say their service is better than the average insurance..our 3 years of having not only our vechicles, but also our business insured by Julia Martin company had been nothing less of exhausting, with dealing with the rudeness of her assistant Jen, to the actual owner yelling at me. I've paid a lot of money to be treated like crap by them. No one at this office cares enough to explain policies to your customers nor give any sort of good advice, it's obvious all thats cared about is the money. I've had Jenn, Julia's right hand hormonal assistant call my customers "Idiots" and they all seem to want to have the last word. This has been the worst experience dealing with an insurance agent I have EVER dealt with. I'm appalled!By carrie patrick, February 09, 2017
