- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I am not very impressed with the health department. My daughter is needing to get a learners permit and when I was issued her birth certificate her name was spelled wrong on it. When I went today to get a corrected one I was charged $15 even though they made a mistake and spelled her name wrong. I don't believe I should have been penalized for their mistake as I would not have needed another copy of the certificate if her name had been spelled correctly on the original one. On top of that when I was complaining about having to pay for their mistake the employee stated "You know I don't have to give this to you."
